What’s this Monthly Unlimited Wash Club all about?

It’s about keeping your car clean while saving money AND doing so in a setting that saves water and helps protect the environment! Your membership allows you to ride through our state-of-the-art automatic car wash tunnels as many days as you’d like during the month.

 

When will I be billed for my Unlimited Plan?

The day you sign up becomes your monthly payment date, and your card will be automatically charged on that day for each consecutive month you are enrolled in the club.

 

Am I under contract when I enroll in the Unlimited Wash Club?

No. You can cancel your membership at any time, as well as upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods, so do plan accordingly. Please note that change/cancellation requests made less than 5 days before your automatic monthly payment date may not be able to go into effect until after the payment.

 

Can I use my Unlimited Plan with more than one vehicle?

No, the program is vehicle specific, corresponding to the license plate on the account, and the vehicle must have the barcode sticker attached in a visible location to be eligible. If you wish to have two or more cars enrolled, you must purchase a membership for each vehicle; different level wash plans may be purchased for each vehicle to meet your specific needs.

 

How do I make a change or cancel my membership?

There are no contracts, so you may upgrade or downgrade or cancel at any time by simply calling our main office at 253-284-9324 or by visiting our Lakewood office. Please note that change/cancellation requests made less than 5 days before your automatic monthly payment date may not be able to go into effect until after the payment. We will need your barcode number for identification purposes. If that is unavailable, we may need to verify with your license plate number and last 4 of the credit card number used for your plan. At any time you are getting a wash, you may upgrade to a higher wash and/or add ala carte services; we can charge the one-time difference to the card linked to your Unlimited Plan with a simple barcode scan.

 

Can I use my membership at all of your locations?

Currently you may use your Monthly Unlimited Wash benefits at our Lakewood and Puyallup Full-Serve Car Wash & Detail Centers, which also discounts at our Xpress Lube in Lakewood. Our self-serve locations do not accommodate wash plan usage. Note that with a simple barcode scan, you can also use the card linked to your Unlimited Plan to charge any/all products and services offered at the Lakewood and Puyallup locations — including professional detail services, gifts and accessories, oil changes, and beverages from our Classic Coffee espresso bar.

 

What if I get a new license plate / buy a new car / etc?

Please notify us immediately at 253-284-9274 if you need to transfer your membership or if the license plate on your vehicle has been changed. Additionally, if your barcode sticker is lost or damaged, please let us know so we can get you a replacement sticker as soon as possible.

 

Can I enroll my taxi / Uber car / limo / etc?

We now have a Commercial Unlimited Wash Club with plans specifically designed for ‘For Hire’ vehicles, including taxis, shuttles, limos, Uber, etc! Click here for info! Please note that only personal-use vehicles are eligible to enroll in our regular Unlimited Wash Club Plans.
