- The event is located at Classy Chassis Car Wash at 5002 Center Street, Tacoma, WA 98409 (click for directions)
- Just off Hwy 16, at the corner of Center & Orchard
- Important: traffic attendants/flaggers and signage will direct you. During peak times, they will direct you to follow the traffic flow graphic as indicated below to regulate safety and ensure fastest processing times.

- When you are near the entrance (or near the “15-min wait” point), tune your car’s radio to 89.1 FM for important event info
- If you purchased a prepaid ticket online, please ensure you are arriving on the event date listed. Your ticket’s barcode is only valid for entry on the date listed on the ticket and each code can only be used one time.
- Tickets will be available to purchase at the event; cash or credit accepted and no need to leave your car (we’ll greet you right at your vehicle – please just have your payment ready). Hot drinks and cake pops will also be available for purchase. We are also accepting additional donations for Mary Bridge Children’s Foundation — you may add any amount on to your purchase and 100% of that will go to the foundation. - Lines and wait times will vary based on demand, so please plan ahead. Hours may also vary due to weather conditions. If you have a prepaid ticket, please arrive by 10 pm.
- Event attendees agree to follow all traffic and safety instructions posted and given by event staff; failure to do so may result in denial of entry. No refunds will be issued.
- While waiting in line, please keep your foot securely on the brake or put your vehicle in park, and be prepared for characters and jump scares. Once you are at the “15-min wait” point, please turn off your headlights and only headlights/fog lights for the remainder of the event and until you exit the tunnel.
- Before entering the tunnel, please ensure you know how to put your vehicle in neutral. Once you approach the tunnel, the guider will instruct you when to place your vehicle in neutral, and also to keep your foot off the brake and off the steering wheel (which you must do so for the entire ride). Please be aware that event effects include bright, flashing lights that may cause discomfort/health issues.
- Once you exit the tunnel and the light turns green, you may put your vehicle back in drive. Please remember to turn your headlights back on.
