Usually you will see this message if you’ve left PayPal before completing your payment process for your VIP Membership. Unfortunately your membership will not become active until the payment clears. Please return to the VIP Membership Sign-up Page and re-enter your information; when you hit the submit button you will be taken to the PayPal page again and then be able to submit your information so you can complete your payment.
